| Abstract | This paper proposes the use of a high-speed computing structure using signals from a three-channel incremental encoder in generating impulses simulating the operation of an observation system of the BLDC motor shaft position using 3 sensors and allowing the generation of 6*p status changes for 1 revolution of the motor shaft. The possibility of an almost arbitrary influence on the positional error of BLDC motor sensors allows one to test the impact of the manufacturing precision of the mechanical components of an electronic commutator on the work of a BLDC motor both in an open system (study of the effects of accelerated and delayed commutation) and a closed one, where in addition to incorrect commutation we are also dealing with an erroneous evaluation of the motor shaft speed, based on the time measured between individual points of the BLDC motor commutation. The use of the prepared test stand will greatly simplify the impact assessment of the accuracy of the components of the observation system of the BLDC motor shaft position on its work, which will contribute to the optimisation of the production costs of drive systems using this control technique.
