Abstract	s: This article looks at the survival of the Catholic Monarchy from the ground up and focuses on the role of the high court judges and magistrates. The structure of the kingdoms of the Crown of Aragon was already well-defined by the Late Middle Ages. Its distinguishing features were its symmetry and the dedication and commitment of hundreds of judges; this article devotes special attention to their careers. A solid structure, dedication and the loyalty of skilled lawyers who also recorded and published their works formed the basis for the survival of the Monarchy.
