Abstract	It identified the intersections between the jury and literature , the "Auto da Compadecida " Ariano Suassuna . He embarked at the intersection field between law and Literary Arts to identify the characters, ritual and emotion in the jury of the show presented by him . The trial is the real key to understanding this work and is the intersection point of this research, with the law as it is intended to relate the institution of the jury from the buildings Ariano Suassuna . It was concluded that emotionality gives on the rationality of the jury.
