| Abstract | RésuméCes recommandations par consensus formalisé ont été élaborées par la Société française de médecine d’urgence, avec la collaboration de l’Association de Formation et de Recherche des Cellules d’Urgence Médico Psychologique - Société Française de Psychotraumatologie. Les Cellules d’Urgence Médicopsychologique (CUMP), dans leur modèle structurel, constituent une exception française et il existe peu de données à leur sujet dans la littérature scientifique. Le but de ce référentiel est l’harmonisation des pratiques de l’urgence médicopsychologique. Après la description de la réglementation et de l’organisation des CUMP françaises, ce référentiel traite ensuite des indications et des modalités de recours à la CUMP ainsi que de la mise en oeuvre des moyens. La prise en charge en charge spécifique de la CUMP et celle de l’urgentiste sont décrites. Enfin, le texte aborde la formation des personnels dans cette thématique. Ces premières recommandations sont d’ordre général et n’abordent pas certaines spécificités des CUMP.AbstractThese recommendations by formal consensus have been developed by the French Society of Emergency Medicine, with the collaboration of the Association of Training and Research of Emergency Medico-Psychological Cells and the French Society of Psychotraumatology. The Medico-Psychological Emergency Cells (CUMP), in their structural model, constitute a French exception and there is few data on them in the scientific literature. The aim of this text is the harmonization of the practices of the medical-psychological emergency. The regulation and organization of French CUMP are first described. The text then deals with the indications and the modalities of launching of the CUMP and the implementation of the means. The specific care of the CUMP and the emergency physician are described. Lastly, the training of personnel is dealt with. These first recommendations are general and do not enter certain specificities of CUMP. |
