This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of the sharia banking industry before and after implementing syndicated financing. From the other side will also be seen how syariah syndicated financing analysis when viewed from SWOT analysis and rating weight to know how far syndicated financing can give effect to the amount of profitability of a syariah bank when applied. This research uses SWOT analysis with qualitative approach which is descriptive. That is by analyzing the internal factors to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the company, and analyze the company's external factors to determine the opportunities and threats faced by a company. The results showed that; first, the increase in profit and profit of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia (MUI) after implementing syndicated financing is very significant. This can be seen from the increase in total profitability of Bank MUI has increased by 20% in 2016 when implementing syndicated financing. Second, SWOT analysis values obtained from internal factors show high positions, meaning that firms have many strengths and few weaknesses, and from external factors show high positions, that means the company has many opportunities and little threats. |
