| Abstract | Brazil stands out as one of the most biodiverse countries, possessing a great mosaic of vegetation. The present study had as its objective the comparative analysis of the year 2002 and 2018 of the composition and floristic diversity of a forest fragment, located in the Emilio Goeldi Museum, divided into four quadrants. It was used a quadrant that is subdivided into 12 beds, the analysis of the area occurred in two moments, in 2002 from cataloging data of the area and in 2018, with current data, observing the floristic temporal analysis of the study area and similarity floristic. It was determined for the study the arboreal individuals with length at breast height greater or equal to 40 centimeters. For the analysis of the data was used Excel version 2010 to generate the frequency graphs of individuals and the software PAST (PAleontological STatistical) to generate the similarity dendrogram. The family that maintained a predominance in both periods was Arecaceae, with a total of 842 individuals and in the second with 131. The decrease in the number of arboreal individuals was greater than 15% during this period due to factors with longevity, time, lack of tree maintenance and lack of inventory maintenance, leaving some trees unidentified, leaving some individuals out of the study in question. The floristic similarity patterns showed low similarity of the families in the study area; at the first moment of the study, 3 groups were identified in the dendrogram with subgroups that were similar, because they presented approximately 0.9 of similarity in the dendrogram and in the second moment of the study noticed the presence of 4 groups, with two subgroups with similarity median, with 0.7 of similarity, evidencing the mosaic of the floristic distribution in the area. Thus, we conclude that all these results will be the answer to a planning and floristic planning for our Amazonian vegetation. |
