| Abstract | Since a disability condition is detected in any person, it becomes a limitation for it to be socially active, presenting difficulties for their educational, work and personal development; without this, society and the productive sector generate even greater barriers so that this population can have equal access to all the services and rights that correspond to them. To mitigate these, some regulations have been established that seek to protect their rights and provide for their guarantee, however, in Colombia, in terms of social inclusion there is still a long way to go to break the barriers and paradigms that exist today. Therefore, we present the cases of labor ties that are currently being developed for people with disabilities and the impact they have had on productivity and the viability of generating work spaces for this population in the Entities that make up the Public Administration, in order to to achieve more inclusive, timely and appropriate care processes according to the needs of the percentage of citizens with some type of disability and who need to make use of the services offered by the State. It will be sought then, to answer the question of whether it is possible to generate the labor link and the development of the labor competencies of people with disabilities in the Entities of the Colombian State. |
