Abstract	This text results from the work that has been performed in the Shared Value Seedbed of the University Foundation belonging to the Chamber of Commerce of Bogota - Uniempresarial, whose objective is to identify the way in which a public entity can create shared value from a business perspective; this based on a theoretical analysis of the concepts of corporate social responsibility and shared value theory, and the review of the specific case of a public entity of the district order and the examination of some of its initiatives and their generation of social and economic value to the light of the shared value theory. At the express request of the district entity under study, it will not be mentioned under its own name in the document.
