| Abstract | This article contains the main results of an investigation about the characterization of the basic and social urban housing of interest in Puebla with reference to the materials and the technologies of construction. The objectives which are pursued are directed to the best knowledge in two of the factors cause the impact in their physical reaction, and the possibility of evaluating the dependence or interr∗elation they have with the lasting time of the product that is obtained: basic and social housing of interest. The authors of this work have developed investigations that have been able to check about the materials and the constructive solutions which constitute two of the most important elements in the generation of pathologies in the area of Puebla. The elements or variables refereed to our concern were defined from different uthors approaches, and mainly the results of a survey. The definition of the prototypes or types that can be representative from universe of the basic and social housing in Puebla, pursue the objective of being able to go deeply in their characterization, in further studies on the pathological processes that happen to it, to be able to determine more precisely the causes of the pathological manifestations. |
