| Abstract | This research was conducted based on problems found in Minggir district. Based on the interview, the researcher found 3 teachers who had bad perception of thematic learning plan and performance. The purpose of this research was to know the correlation between teachers' perception of thematic learning plan and teachers' performance. This research was a survey research. It was conducted from March 2014 to January 2015. This research involved 75 lower class teachers of all elementary schools in Minggir as the population. By using Slovin's formula, the reseacher took 63 teachers as the sample. The reseacher used proportional random sampling to define the sample. The research instrument used Likert scale and check list. Besides, the reseacher used expert judgment and empirical validity to check the validity of the data. The data analyze used Product Moment correlation. The result of the research showed that there was correlation between teachers' perception of thematic learning plan (X) and teachers' performance (Y) at elementary school in Minggir district, Sleman regency. It was shown by the significance value, 0.001, which meant p < 0.05. Furthermore, the coefficient correlation between teachers' perception of thematic learning plan (X) and teachers' performance (Y) was 0.411 which was considered in a medium category. |
