Abstract	The purpose of this research is to know and to analyzes the effect of financial performance indicators such as Current Ratio, Return On Assets, Net Profit Margin, Earning Per Share, Leverage Ratio, Total Assets Turn Over, Price Earning Ratio, Price to Book Value and Book Value per Share to the return on stock of the manufacturing company which are registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange, either is simultaneously and partially. The object of this research is all of the manufacture companies which are registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the year 2006 until the year 2009 amounts to 181 companies. Sample are selected by using purposive sampling. The sample has taken to be observated by 54 companies. Data collecting done by taking the documentation financial statement from Indonesian Capital Market Directory and visit Indonesia Stock Exchange web page in www.idx.co.id and http://finance.yahoo.com. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression. The result of this research showed that the financial performance indicators such as Current Ratio, Return On Assets, Net Profit Margin, Earning Per Share, Leverage Ratio, Total Assets Turn Over, Price Earning Ratio, Price to Book Value dan Book Value per Share simultaneously have the significant influence to the return on stock. By partially showed that Current Ratio, Return On Assets, Net Profit Margin, Earning Per Share, Leverage Ratio, Total Assets Turn Over dan Book Value per Share don’t have the significant influence to the return on stock, while Price Earning Ratio and Price Book Value have the significant influence to the return on stock.
