Abstract	Man is a complex system of physiological functioning, psychological and social interrelated serving in direct transaction with other conditions which generates feelings, attitudes and emotional reactions are positive or negative as these internal balance of human survival. The inmates have to confront constant psychological stress, physical and social, which makes the unit suffers holistic cracking generating negative emotional reactions such as anxiety, depression, anger anger / aggression, denial, guilt, altered body image and decreased self-esteem. The patients of a service often need care to preserve their physical and mental health, and need to establish a close relationship with someone they trust their problems, concerns, and their ailments crisis disappointment. Hence the importance of the participation of the Nurse and currently by the characteristics of the pre-degree studies in the health professions, it is the Internal Nursing, which is the fifth year students, who will be the future graduates Nursing, they remain the link between the patient and other members of the health team, for their continued stay, which allows the patient to help them adapt to their new way of life, thus promoting their rehabilitation.
