| Abstract | The importance of the organization of the scientific process management and the technological Innovation at the Physical Culture Faculty in Holguin university was discussed in order to establish a relationship among the different researches that are carried out, the link of the researches with the institutional missions as well as to provide an answer to the territorial sport and physical culture system’s demands. This purpose has its basis on the organizational structures to make possible the process management on the operative, tactic and strategic levels, interface structures, organization of programs and projects, thus enabling a greater integration of the main elements of the system related to the scientific and technological activity. Generally speaking, the Role played by the University on the Technological Innovation and Scientific System of the INDER (Sport, Physical Education and playtime National Institute) is obviously seen. |
