| Abstract | The main objective of the article refers to the presentation of lean management concept as one of the pos-sible way of restructuring the company. In the first part, the essence of company restructuring was described, together with an indication of the areas in which it occurs. Subsequently, the attention was paid to the essence of lean management concept along with an indication of specific methods and techniques of management which are contained within the concept of lean management.The structure of the article also includes a description of the factors determining the effective use of the lean management concept in the company restructuring. Moreover, five approaches referring to the implementation of the lean management concept in the restructuring company were identified and described. |
