Abstract	This thesis entitled Implementation of an Internal Control System and its influence on the Financial Management of the company LML general contractors S.R.L. of the district of Pacasmayo, it was made because of the problems that afflict the company in question and not only to it; because the construction companies lack an Internal Control System. The company has been developing since 2007 in the construction sector, it has been in the market for 10 years and still lacks this system; either by the same speed with which he executes his works or because the administrative staff does not implement an adequate control to carry them out. The first thing that was done was an internal control evaluation to assess the status of financial management and thus detect critical areas in it, in this part were found critical areas: Accounting, Treasury and Warehouse. Having knowledge of the movement of a construction company it will be possible to implement the Internal Control System for a better development of the areas and obtain positive results every fortnight, end of month and year. This conclusion in the company I can say that when implementing the Control not only we will see benefits in the results of the construction of a work, but also in the promotion of builders and commercial management budgets that intertwine the construction. All this will influence the financial management of this company.
