| Abstract | Agronomic behavior of the pineapple, (Ananas comosus L.) variety Perolera, in four it distances of sowing in the Center of Production and Practices, of Rio Verde, of the UPSE, in Canton Santa Elena, where the environmental conditions that prevailed in the study area jointly with requirements edaficas as soon as it refers to fertility are appropiate, with an average temperature of 23.6 ° C and relative humidity 79.9; and a pH of 6.7 which were satisfactory for the crop; The propose objectives were, the best planting distance for the area in the pineapple crop, evaluate the phytosanitary behavior, perform the economic analysis of the treatments. For the study (DBCA) realized a design in blocks completely at random with four distances of sowing that are the treatments (0,25;0,30;0,35;0,40 meters) and five repetitions. To determine the statistical difference between the treatments there were used analysis of variance and the averages of the treatments, compared with Duncan´s test to 5% of probability of error since the essay was done in open field. The genetic material that is used is the variety “Perolera or Milagrena” originated from canton Milagros provincial the Guayas, the variables in study are number of plants died in the arrest, diameter of macollo, height of plant, numbers of sheets, they are evaluated every three months for are year and the additional variables were, flowering, grades brix and the fructification. The results obtained are: in the arrest, the T2 has 3,6% of lost plants, as regards the T4 having 5%; in the diameter of the macollo the T4 it had 44,4cm of diameter as regards the T1 28,8cm of diameter; in height of plants the T4 it is that of major height with 80,7cm, compared to the T1 with a height of 73,18cm; in number of sheets the T4 it has 70 with difference in the T1 with 54 sheets; in the flowering the one that had major performance the T3 and that of less performance the T2; in the fructification the T1 it is the one that has major yield as for weight as entire yield in kilograms compared to other treatments. |
