Abstract	This thesis aims to identify the concentration levels of estrogen (estradiol) in the stage of estrus of the urine of a female ocelot (Leopardus pardalis) through enzymatic Elisa test. This work also intends to determine the physical degradation of urine as a result of environmental exposure. To carry out this research, it was necessary to collect 26 urine samples of two female ocelots, which were 5 and 9 years old. The urine samples were collected at the stage of estrus, and the last week of gestation. The samples were filtered and labeled appropriately for subsequent division of physical degradation and they were frozen at -20 degrees Celsius...
