Abstract	The present investigation project, aims to understand how is the psychosocial process is going, with the women victims of sexual violence within Colombian armed conflict, where concepts as Psychosocial Attention, Women Victims, Sexual Violence has been fundamental references for the boarding and investigation development. This project was oriented from a methological frame, with a qualitative method, under a critical-social approach. To carry out what was planned, it was implemented the semistructured interview that allows get information, and in this way know and analyze through a biographical-narrative metod, the understandings that the women victims of sexual violence 8 about the psychosocial attention, likewise identify the psychosocial accompaniment by the state or social organitations. The findings were placed from three analytics categories, on the first place, the understandings, affectations, landslides and violences were recognized, due the colombian armed conflict; in second place, the intervention were identify from the individual, community and familiar ambit against the psychosocial attention established in the law frame for the women victims of sexual violence, and in the last place, it was announced the life project and their expectations that the women has in their personal and community environment from their lidership role as human right defenders.
