Abstract	espanolLas creencias implicitas de habilidad que poseen las personas influyen de manera importante en el comportamiento humano. Asi pues, el objetivo de este trabajo es plasmar una revision de las creencias implicitas de habilidad en la actividad fisica y el deporte. Para ello se realiza, en primer lugar, una descripcion de los conceptos, para a continuacion exponer los instrumentos desarrollados para su evaluacion en el ambito fisico-deportivo, y las diferentes investigaciones llevadas a cabo. Finalmente se presentan las conclusiones derivadas de los diferentes trabajos de investigacion, sugerencias de actuacion y prospectivas de investigacion. Resulta fundamental desarrollar en los sujetos la creencia de que la habilidad se puede mejorar a traves del esfuerzo y la practica, para lograr consecuencias mas positivas. Para ello se deben transmitir climas motivacionales que impliquen a la tarea. EnglishAbility beliefs that people possess influence human behavior in an important way. Therefore, the objective of this work is to give shape to a revision of ability beliefs in physical activity and sport. To achieve this, in the first place, a description of concepts is performed, to continue by showing the instruments developed for their evaluation in the physical-sport environment, as well as the different research works which have been carried out. Finally the conclusions derived from these research works, performance suggestions and research prospectives are presented. It is fundamental to develop the belief that ability may improve through effort and practice, in order to achieve more positive consequences. To fulfill this objective, task-involving climates should be transmitted.
