| Abstract | This work includes two aspects, the first is phytochemical order based on the determination of phenolics compounds: Total polyphénols of methanol extract of the pulp of citrus limon and fractionate of flavonoids by training with butanol and acetate ethyl, the second one is in vitro evaluation of the antidiabetic and antihyperlipidemic activities of flavonoids. Phytochemicals test shave achieved a substantial amount of phenolic compounds equivalent to 63.63 0,05 mg AGE/g DE. The flavonoid content is best achieved by the butanol is 2.72 mg EQ /g DE. These levels vary over time, the quantity of plant material and the solvent used. The qualitative analysis of flavonoids extracted from the pulp of citrus limon by HPLC revealed the presence of hesperidins, diosmin, limettine and bergapten. Two enzymes evaluated antihyperlipidemic and antidiabetic activities of different extracts butanol and ethyl acetate: α-amylase and lipase. The results of antidiabetic and antihyperlipidimic show interestingproperties. The butanol extracts and ethyl acetate of lemon pulp showed inhibitory activities of α-amylase IC50equivalent to 316, 22 μg/mL and 501, 18μg /mL respectively, for the inhibitory activity against, lipase with butanol and ethyl acetate was used to evaluatetheIC50 equal to 158, 48 μg /mL and 100 μg /mL respectively, it validates the traditional use of the plant in the treatment of diabetes and obesity. |
