| Abstract | Folliculitis furunculosis is a deep piodermite caused most of the time by Staphylococcus pseudintermedius. It has frequently been described in dogs shepherds and other races of pasturing. They still exist, reports of this disorder in dogs of the breeds Bull Terrier, Pit Bull, and Dalmatians. The objective of the present study to record the treatment of a 10 years-old, female dog weighing 14 kg, assisted at the Veterinary Clinic UNINGÁ, tends as complaint main lesions in the area of the left elbow with report of recurrences, where it was obtained the diagnosis of Folliculitis furunculosis deep pyogranulomatous and chronic eosinophilic secondary to demodicosis.
