Abstract	Among the main difficulties that Nursing students take when they arrive at clinical practices are the development of communication skills, since they have not been perfected in the subjects of the first semesters causing stress and anxiety status when facing a reality from where we must achieve a relationship with the subjects of care, their peers, the teacher and other professionals that come together in the clinical context. To look at the curricula of some Universities, both at the National and International levels, reveals the presence of these subjects that work within their content, the development of communication skills that roll the student to the ground to have competences to relate to, but to suppose their and in the case that it is one of the most important in the history of mankind, within the framework of land reform, the first semesters so that with the passing of clinical practices the student manages to dominate and have the skills both in the doing and in the being and know to know for their university graduation and professional development.
