Abstract	Cooperative is one of the 'backbone' of the national economy in Indonesia, including the fisheries cooperative. In regional autonomy era, several cooperative of fisheries have decreased performance, because their authority to manage the fish auction place were taken over by regency government. KUD Mino Saroyo Cilacap including one of fisheries cooperative in Central Java province that is still growing in regional autonomy era. The research purpose was to analyze the performance of KUD Mino Saroyo, and make recommendation of KUD Mino Saroyo development. This study used descriptive method and financial analysis, both profitability, solvency and liquidity. The collecting data used observation, interviews, and literature study method. This research proved that KUD Mino Saroyo had relatively a good financial performance, both profitability, solvency, liquidity, revenue progress and net profit. However, KUD Mino Saroyo management should anticipate the reduction of certain business performance.
