Abstract	This study aims to conduct an analysis of costs of Immunology II sector of a clinical analysis laboratory of northern Rio Grande do Sul state, considering that the deepening in cost area is an alternative in the face of adversity faced by this hive of activity. Although not all the business risks can be faced, it is possible to change the viewing angle and find ways that encourage perpetuity. This research is characterized as a case study, quantitative and exploratory, which aims to analyze the influence of cost accounting as a decision-making tool.
