| Abstract | The present is a descriptive article, which deals with the methodological proposal of interdisciplinary groups of continuous improvement (EIMC) for the calibration laboratory of topographic equipment LACET belonging to the center for the development of the habitat and construction CDHC, SENA regional Antioquia, which It is in the process of being accredited before the ONAC in relation to ISO 17025: 2005. For the development of this work, tools have been designed to facilitate the validation of compliance with the requirements demanded by this standard and promote the approach of solutions applicable to identified improvement opportunities to strengthen all the components of its management system and promote improvement continuous of it. It is the desire of LACET to maintain accreditation with the ONAC in time since for the organization this represents its recognition as a laboratory that complies with the calibration and testing competences required by national and international accreditation bodies. The purpose of this article is to generate an input that allows the organization to strengthen its management system and timely identify the non-compliance opportunities that arise during the implementation of its activities to address them and mitigate their impact. |
