| Abstract | This work has as primordial goal to analyze the process of electronic communication through computerized chat, observing the relevant aspects to the Portuguese Language, in general, the mistakes common of the orthography, above all in the recent period in that the communication is wide and very spread. Likewise, it is known that the globalization is united to Internet and, the atmospheres collaborative are wide so that she can communicate, however with notes seeking the purpose of taking advantage of of the chats to work the educated norm of the language with adolescents and young, once the same ones are part of a society in that the reality demands at schools and other, the to speak and to write correctly. The basic idea is the proposal of a work methodology so that she can demonstrate the understanding of writing correctly, although we know that abbreviations, symbols, etc., they activate the computerized process, however that you/they know when, as and why to use in a correct way the Portuguese language, in other words, in a virtual atmosphere and in a reality atmosphere.
