| Abstract | Through the present work of investigation it is proposed, the planned arborization of the Cordillera Blanca of the Callejón de Huaylas, but with scientific criteria. That is, applying the laws of nature such as: Balance, thermodynamics, conservation of mass and energy. It also requires the supervision of specially qualified professionals and technicians, for advice and supervision during the tree planting process. The process of tree planting should not be understood as any simple afforestation process, in which any person can execute the transplant process. The application of these recommendations in its execution, is the most successful and most sustainable, to increase our water reserves, prevent water shortages, reduce the effects of global warming, the accelerated desglaciation of its snow, carbon dioxide uptake and carbon fixation. This type of work should be understood as a participatory work, in which all those who participate in the work, from the Project Manager, the Project Supervisor, the technicians and the farmers, should be considered as actors in this scenario. The idea is to alter a system (Peasant Communities of the Blanca Mountain Range of Callejon de Huaylas) in thermodynamic equilibrium and take it to a different thermodynamic state. The different trees, especially the Quenuales, Coyes, maybe alders, shacshas, ichus, pajonales, etc. fulfill these specific functions perfectly and under the trees the other plants will grow (lichens, mosses, ichus, straws, etc.). ) that constitute the Sponge system; an extraordinary source of natural water reserve. It is for this reason that in the present research work mention is made of the benefits of plants, so that arborization will generate among many benefits of the preservation of life, the reduction of soil erosion caused by rainfall, It will contribute to a sustained development of Agribusiness, Tourism and will also allow the expansion and deepening of research works aimed at the preservation of Nature and its natural resources. A generating plant could generate a microclimate, a forest of trees would generate a climate change of the macro system much more accentuated, increasing the humidity of the environment (higher relative humidity). This increase in atmospheric humidity would displace the thermodynamic equilibrium, to a different state, whose effect would favor the formation of high clouds. These clouds would reflect a part of the solar radiation into the atmosphere, another part of the radiation would increase its internal energy, and only a fraction of the total radiation would pass into the snow, decreasing the process of desglaciation. The benefits of the Sponge Effect can be seen in the Cordillera Negra of the Callejón de Huaylas, where there are no snowfalls, however the upper part of the Andes are the only source of water reserve from the rains, to supply water to small children populated centers located in the lower part of the mountains (Cordillera Negra). |
