| Abstract | ABSTRACT Putri Sita Palupi. ANALYSIS OF SATISFACTION OF LABORATORY USERS OF THE STUDY PROGRAM OF OFFICE ADMINISTRATION EDUCATION, THE FACULTY OF TEACHER TRAINING AND EDUCATION, UNIVERSITAS SEBELAS MARET. Skripsi: The Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta, October 2016. The objectives of this research are to investigate: (1) the satisfaction of the students of the Study Program of Office Administration Education toward laboratory's tangible attribute; (2) the satisfaction of the students of the Study Program of Office Administration Education toward laboratory's reliability attribute; (3) the satisfaction of the students of the Study Program of Office Administration Education toward laboratory's responsiveness attribute; (4) the satisfaction of the students of the Study Program of Office Administration Education toward laboratory's assurance attribute; and (5) the satisfaction of the students of the Study Program of Office Administration Education toward laboratory's empathy attribute. This research used the quantitative method. Its population was all of the students of the classes of 2013, 2014, and 2015. The samples of research consisted of 140, and they were determined through the cluster sampling technique. The data of research were collected by means of questionnaire whose contents were tangible, reliability, and responsiveness, assurance, and empathy statements. They were analyzed by using the importance performance analysis, and then it was continued with the hypothesis testing by using the Chisquare at the significant level of 0.05. The result of calculation with the Importance Performance Analysis shows that there were 20 statements in Quadrant I, 2 statements in Quadrant II, and 1 statement in Quadrant III. The results of the analysis are as follows: Firstly, the laboratory users of the Study Program of Office Administration Education were not satisfied with the laboratory's tangible attribute with the significance level of 0.039 which was less than the significance value of α = 0.05. Secondly, the laboratory users of the Study Program of Office Administration Education were not satisfied with the laboratory's reliability attribute with the significance level of 0.007 which was less than the significance value of α = 0.05. Thirdly, the laboratory users of the Study Program of Office Administration Education were not satisfied with the laboratory's responsiveness attribute with the significance level of 0.036 which was less than the significance value of α = 0.05. Fourthly, the laboratory users of the Study Program of Office Administration Education were not satisfied with the laboratory's assurance attribute with the significance level of 0.026 which was less than the significance value of α = 0.05. Finally, the laboratory users of the Study Program of Office Administration Education were satisfied with the laboratory's empathy attribute with the significance level of 0.024 which was less than the significance value of α = 0.05.
