| Abstract | The objective of this work was to perform an economic evaluation of integrated systems of production without the presence of trees, with density of 196 trees per hectare and 448 trees per hectare. The local of study was in Andradina – SP, between December 2012 and Jun 2016. The costs of implementation and maintenance of the systems were raised, followed by the calculation of production of livestock and forest, zootechnical indexes, and the income of each crop and systems. The cash flow was performed, and the economic indices of NPV (net present value) and IRR (internal rate of return) were calculated. For the indices of average daily gain, carcass yield and final mean live weight, no difference was obtained between the treatments. In the indices of live weight gain by area, stocking rate, and arrobas production per hectare, the treatment with density of 448 trees per hectare was worst to the treatment without the presence of trees. For these parameters the treatment with density of 196 trees per hectare was equivalent to the treatment without trees, being that this tree density did not influence the livestock production. The NPV result was better for the treatment with 196 trees, followed by 448 trees per hectare treatment, and the treatment without the arboreal component had the worst result. Analyzing the IRR rate, treatment with 196 trees per hectare was the best result, with the worst return being the treatment with 446 trees per hectare. The treatment with tree density of 196 trees per hectare, with simple lines of eucalyptus was the one with the best economic result. Didn’t find economic viability for all systems of production on time evaluated. |
