Abstract	Both in the past and in the present the possibility that a member of an Andean community suffers or suffers a disease, suffering, or "loss" of mood is very varied; among many other varieties that affect man both body level and mood level. But, in times past and taking into account an ecosystem as hard as the Andes are, the risks, we suppose, increased. Related to the disease, absence of psychic entities, healing or fertility is associated with the profession of medical man or called in the sorcerer colony. In this article we will expose those characteristics that are linked to the spell: typology, methods, nomenclature, among others.
