| Abstract | Esta investigacion tiene como objetivo general analizar y describir sistematicamente la subjetivacion de la experiencia laboral de los trabajadores mexicanos de la zona sur de la Ciudad de Mexico, D.F., adoptando como marco de referencia la Teoria de las Representaciones Sociales, Valores y Actitudes. El estudio exploratorio y descriptivo se realizo en 2 fases: 1. Una Cualitativa con 200 trabajadores de los sectores : Industrial, Comercial y Servicios cuyo analisis de resultados se hizo por Analisis de Contenido (categorias de palabras) y del cual se obtuvieron las categorias mas relevantes de respuesta para realizar el Cuestionario Cuantitativo de la segunda parte del estudio, aplicado a 1132 trabajadores (sectores industrial, comercial y servicios) y en el cual el Analisis de resultados se hizo por Analisis de Cluster, Analisis de Varianza, Analisis de Frecuencias, Desviacion Estandar y Medias. El Analisis de resultados en ambas Fases Cualitativa y Cuantitativa se organizo en 5 puntos: 1. El Significado del Trabajo (que analiza el significado del trabajo en si mismo, en esencia); 2. El Trabajo en el Macroescenario Mexicano (ubicandolo en el contexto propio del pais Mexico); 3. El Trabajo en el Microescenario mexicano donde se analiza la dinamica laboral en su trabajo, 4. La Implicacion del Trabajador en el Trabajo (donde se investiga la valoracion de la etica de sus organizaciones, de lo que significa la creatividad y de la actitud hacia los cambios), en este punto tambien se incluyen los 10 aspectos mas importantes en el Trabajo para el total de los trabajadores mexicanos. El Marco Teorico comprende: 1.Los Aspectos Psicosociales del Trabajo (1.El Trabajo a traves del tiempo (donde se revisan diversos puntos de vista y autores sobre la definicion de Trabajo) y 1.2 Dimensiones centrales de la experiencia laboral (Representacion Social, Valores y Actitudes) y 2. El desarrollo de la cultura laboral en Mexico donde se realiza un barrido historico con la finalidad entretejer los acontecimientos mas destacados y repetitivos de la cultura mexicana, desde sus inicios hasta el tiempo actual y sumarlos entretejiendolos a su vez con los resultados y asi obtener mejor una explicacion del por que la Subjetivacion que hacen de la experiencia laboral mexicana. El barrido historico comprende desde la Cultura Maya, la Azteca, El Mexico Independiente hasta el actual, asi como la revision de investigaciones previas en los nuevos trabajadores mexicanos. Las Hipotesis centrales son: 1.En la subjetivacion del Trabajo por los trabajadores mexicanos predomina el signo negativo., 2.La connotacion que tiene el Trabajo al ser ubicado dentro del macro escenario mexicano es negativa., 3. No existen diferencias significativas en cuanto a la subjetivacion de la experiencia laboral entre los trabajadores de los diferentes sectores estudiados: industrial, comercial y servicios. De los resultados obtenidos en ambos analisis: Cualitativo y Cuantitativo se obtiene que no existe diferencia significativa en cuanto al significado que tiene el trabajo en los diferentes sectores industrial, comercial y servicios. Que el Significado del Trabajo es negativo cuando lo refieren al contexto propio del pais Mexico y menos negativo cuando lo refieren al Significado del Trabajo en si mismo. En general se observa que ante la revision historica realizada han prevalecido situaciones laborales y de ambiente social mexicano que ha afectado y esta afectando al Significado del Trabajo en Mexico, y es asi que la subjetivacion que hacen de la experiencia laboral esta muy relacionada con los acontecimientos del pais en general. La vision negativa del Trabajo no refleja un autoestereotipo cultural negativo de los mexicanos sino mas bien la valoracion negativa de su experiencia laboral en un contexto cultural de historicas desigualdades sociales. This investigation has as an general objective to analyze and to describe systematically the subjetivacion of the work experience of the Mexican workers of the south zone of Mexico City, D.F., adopting as frame of reference the Theory of the Social Representations, Values and Attitudes. The descriptive and exploratory study was in 2 phases: 1. A Qualitative with 200 workers of the sectors: Industrial, Commercial and Services whose analysis of results was done for Analysis of Content (categories of words) and of which the most significant categories of answer were obtained for to do the Quantitative Questionnaire of the second part of the study, applied to 1132 workers (commercial, industrial sectors and services) and in which the Analysis of results was done for Analysis of Cluster, Analysis of Varianza, Analysis of Frequencies, Deviation Standard . The Analysis of results in both Quantitative and Qualitative Phases was organized in 5 points: 1. The Meaning of the Work (that analyzes the meaning of the work in itself, in essence); 2. The Work in the Macro scenario Mexican (locating it in the own context of the country Mexico); 3. The Work in the Micro scenario Mexican where is analyzed the labour dynamics in its work, 4. The Implication of the Worker in the Work (where investigates themselves the appraisal of the ethics of their organizations, of what signifies the creativity and of the attitude toward the changes), on this point also the 10 most important aspects in the Work for the total of the Mexican workers are included. The Theoretical Framework understands: 1. the Aspects Psicosociales of the Work (1.The Work through the time (where are revised diverse points of view and authors on the definition of Work) and 1.2 central Dimensions of the work experience (Social Representation, Values and Attitudes) and 2. The development of the labour culture in Mexico where is important to know in general the history of the Mayas, Aztecs, Colony, Independence to the actual Mexico with the purpose to analyze and know the repetitive and most important and noticeable events of the Mexican culture, since their starts to the present time and to add them with the results and thus to obtain better an explanation and understand why the Subjectivities about of the Mexican work experience. The central Hypothesis are: 1.In the subjetivacion of the Work by the Mexican workers dominates the negative sign., 2. The connotation that has the Work when is located inside the macro Mexican setting is refusal., 3. Dont exist differentiate significant as for the subjetivacion of the work experience among the workers of the different sectors studied: industrial, commercial and services. Of the results obtained in both analyses: Qualitative and Quantitative it is obtained that does not exist differentiates significant as between the different commercial, industrial sectors and services. That the Meaning of the Work is negative when they refer it al own context of the country Mexico and less negative when they refer it al Meaning of the Work in itself. In general is observed that for the historic revision have prevailed some events repetitive and that affect to the Meaning of the Work in Mexico, and is so the subjetivacion that do of the work experience is very related to the events of the country in general and with all his special history. The negative vision of the Work does not signify an stereotype cultural negative of the Mexicans. Is more the negative appraisal of its work experience in a cultural context of historic social inequalities. |
