| Abstract | This article appears the development of the technique DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis), that uses as fund to the Operations Research and that permits to compare the relative efficiencies of the units of decision of the business, taking in bill for its calculation only the data originating from each unit. With the application of this technique to a real case, it appears how it allows to identify the efficient and inefficient units and to determine what variables (supplies inputs and products - outputs) are affecting the efficiency, and from the "benchmarking" (to identify the best procedures) to fix goals or aims to the found like inefficient units. |
