| Abstract | The analysis of the experience of women victims of the Colombian armed conflict reflects the stereotypes rooted in the community that deepened the violence and exacerbated the damage that is not collateral of an armed conflict, are impacts that were reinforced by a collective history of oppression and subordination that are framed in the relations between men and women. Feminism exposes these unequal burdens and questions a dominant system, ideology and culture that considers women under control, and within the framework of conflict, an object of war control. In this sense, analysing proposals and approaches from different feminist theories allows understand how the Law is a tool and adopts a differentiated treatment of the harm caused to women by the armed conflict, both in the legislative and judicial spheres and the transformation of gender stereotypes that deepened the repertoires of violence, since this commitment can contribute to the construction of a fairer society in terms of equality between |
