| Abstract | This monography was developed to the specialist degree on a hospital management, by UFSC Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina and SES Secretaria de Estado da Saude, coordenated by CEDRHUS Centro de Desenvolvimento de Recursos Humanos da Saude, in Gerencia de Especializacao de Projetos Especiais, since March to December, 1998, named Administration of the Nutrition and Dietetic Department. The Nutrition and Dietetic Department was in evidence like a essential part of a hospital organization, because it was considered a point of alimentary indentification of patientes, workers and population in general. It was presented the basic points of Administration of The Nutrition and Dietetic Department, afterwards na evaluation of reality, put in evidence critic points and the necessity to give more attention to this department. This monography was developed to show the complexity of the Nutrition and Dietetic Department, in a hospital context, showing the importance to follow the modern management scientific basis, form example: the importance of people management to qualify worders to have more quality. |
