CP 237, CEP 18610-307, Botucatu/SP, lucas.cs21@gmail.com 2 Departamento de Fitossanidade, Engenharia Rural e Solos, UNESP/Ilha Solteira-SP. 1 RESUMO O uso de injetores tipo Venturi e pratica comum na quimigacao em sistemas de irrigacao localizada, os quais geralmente operam sob baixas pressoes; seu uso em sistemas maiores, como o pivo central, pode ser encarado como alternativa as bombas injetoras do tipo pistao que sao as mais difundidas no mercado. Assim, este trabalho teve como objetivo fazer uma avaliacao tecnica e economica comparativa entre o sistema montado com o injetor Venturi associado a bomba centrifuga e o sistema de injecao por bomba do tipo pistao na quimigacao via pivo central. O equipamento utilizado possui vazao de 300 m³ h -1 e area irrigada de 66 ha. O sistema de injecao era constituido de injetor Venturi de 1,5 polegadas associado a uma motobomba centrifuga de 2,2 kW. Para analise tecnica, utilizaram-se como parâmetros de desempenho do injetor Venturi, suas taxas de injecao e rendimento, sendo estes dados comparados com os obtidos junto ao fabricante da bomba tipo pistao. Na analise economica, buscou-se definir os custos fixos e variaveis de ambos os sistemas. Os ensaios com o injetor Venturi resultaram em comportamento similar aos encontrados na bomba tipo pistao, com taxa de injecao de ate 0,621m 3 h -1 e rendimento de 11,13%. Quanto a parte economica, o sistema montado a partir do injetor Venturi apresentou apenas 15,9% do custo da bomba de pistao. Their use in larger systems, such as the center pivot, can be seen as an alternative to piston injection pumps, which have been the most used in the market. Thus, this study aimed to evaluate the technical and economical comparison between the system assembled with Venturi injector associated with centrifugal pump and the injection system using piston pump in the center-pivot chemigation. The flow rate of the equipment is 300 m 3 h -1 and the irrigated area is 66 ha. The injection system consisted of 1.5-inch Venturi injector associated with a centrifugal pump of 2.2 kW. For technical analysis, the performance parameters of the Venturi injector were injection rates and yield. These data were compared with those provided by the manufacturer of the piston pump. In the economical analysis, fixed and variable costs of both systems were defined. {0> Tests using the Venturi injector had similar performance as compared with that of the piston pump, with injection rate up to 0.621m 3 h -1 and yield of 11.13%.
