| Abstract | In Colombia, the lack of the application of the cultural dimensions explains the lack of appropriation of differentiating factors of each region of the country in the commercialization of products and projection to the international market. To stimulate the commercialization, a new business class is required to promote creativity, productivity and quality in their business strategies. Bernal, Guevara (2000) Taking into account the above, the importance of this research is to identify the cultural dimensions in the executives of the companies of Barranquilla city, in order to benefit negotiations between businessmen and their clients to facilitate the achievement of goals of this sector. In addition, it will allow business to take advantage of cultural differences, so that they complement each other and thus narrow the communication gaps by adding value to the commercial dynamics resulting in an increase in productivity. |
