Abstract	espanolLa proteccion dispensada a las victimas de delitos se enco n traba restringida al pais en el que se habia adoptado la Orden de Proteccion. La Directiva 99/2011/UE, de la Orden de Pr oteccion Eur o pea (OEP), surge en un intento de traspasar fronteras nacionales y proteger a las victimas en el ELSJ. Este articulo analiza la transposicion de la OEP al ordenamiento espanol mediante la Ley 23/2014 (LRMRP) realizando una comparativa entre lo s articulos de la Dire c tiva 2011/99/UE y los articulos de la LRMRP para analizar de una manera critica el instrumento de la OEP y proponer retos de futuro.
