| Abstract | Nowadays there are some new challenges realted to the work people perform with the stress, such relation is presented in all professional fields, this issue has allowed the development of significant researches recognizing the implications this phenomenom brings over the people (employees, estudents, inter alia) and the importance of searching, stablishing, keeping and updating programs and projects that help to reduce risk factors which employees face in their jobs everyday, thus toachieve labour welfare. Stress has become an important topic inside workplaces and this issue is defined by world health organisation as “the reaction that humans can have, in the face of occupational exigences and pressure which do not adjust to their knowledge and capacities, this test their capacity to face the situation” (p.3). This research was focused on identifying stress levels as psychosocial risk in employees who belong to San vicente del Paul’s society (Medellin branch), this research was done by means of the psychometric characteristics given by OWS (Occupational Wear Scale) the test is composed by 105 items, 70 over analysis variables that asses the exhaustion, depersonalisation, attainment insatisfaction and psychosomatic factors ( sleep, psychosexual, gastrointestinal, psychoneurptics, Anxiety indicator, depression indicator) and 35 socio-demographic data were used too. |
