| Abstract | It has been done a research about analysis of iron content in breast milk using Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer. This study aims to determine the mineral content of iron in breast milk. Where breast milk in wet destruction using HNO3(p). Breast milk was analyzed for iron levels using by the method of Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry at a wavelength of 248,3 nm. The results showed that breast milk containing iron with levels of 0,218 mg/L. |
