Abstract	The new man in the draft belongs to the secular education in the community specifically Gramscian conception of communism, the concept should be interpreted in a different perspective from the usual: the creation of a community where everyone offers the community its cultural and material . For Gramsci is more important to build a socialism determined by the diffusion of a new type of culture: a particular style of thinking is different from the traditional means of achieving social equality. The transformation process is built through a new way to interpret the knowledge and the cultural background of the individual. It is a long and difficult process, never final, which constantly sets higher than the previous levels of culture.
