| Abstract | SummaryIn this paper, we present some preliminary results on the phase behaviour of amphiphilic polyelectrolytes, derivatives of poly(vinyl benzyl chloride). The phase diagram of these copolymers contains, depending on the amount of amphiphilic units and on the polymer concentration, five different domains: an isotropic liquid and isotropic gel, a birefringent gel, a gel birefringent under stirring and a demixed gel. |
