| Abstract | This article aims to analyze the practices of organizations with ISO 9001:2008, with regard to sector management training and its effectiveness. This analysis was performed using the case study of business practices EBS - Equipments Ltda, located in the municipality of Quatro Pontes-PR. Data and information were obtained through questionnaires to employees, interviews with those responsible for various sectors of the company, observation and document analysis. The results indicates that the organization has its training department well structured and employees are satisfied with the results. However, there are actions that can maximize the return submitted by the industry to ensure continuous improvement process, and the continuing qualification of employees and therefore higher quality final product of the organization. |
