| Abstract | This document present the proposal development for undergraduate work “DEVELOPMENT OF A SYSTEM OF INVENTORY MANAGEMENT AND ALLOCATION OF SPACES FOR THE COMPANY PLASTIEMPAQUES B.H. LTDA.”, starting with a general assessment of the inventory management company and the distribution of space for management. Prior to the selection of inventory management model, the ABC classification of raw materials and finished products are made, with regard to the use and sales respectively. After this analysis is carried out, for type A products, tests of normality and trend graphs over time. As a result of this demand analysis it was determined that the model that best fits the needs of the company is the algorithm of Silver-Meal, due to the seasonality of demand and little variability in the data. Simultaneously lifting the current plans of the company is made and identifying the areas of inventory management for further analysis and proposals for improvements are made as to space allocation. |
