The small localities which present insufficient resources are likely to have difficulties to survive in the globalized world. The clothing industry is of great importance to the Brazilian economy and society, for it’s a considerable generator of employment in the country. In the State of Santa Catarina, the Itajai Vale outstands as a textile pole which with it’s evolution made the development of the region possible. However, despite being located in this region with great potential, the city of Camboriu hasn’t explored it’s clothing industry sector. In this perspective emerges the need for spreading the opportunities in order to attract new entrepreneurs, to offer better subsidies to already existing ones and help to create employment and local development. In this sense, the present study aims to unfold a model of marketing plan to attract and strengthen organizations of a same segment. Through careful analysis of the models approached, a model of marketing plan has been created to be applied in local communities or localities. The segment defined as the economical tendency in the studied locality was of the clothing industries. The model has been applied in the city of Camboriu, which made possible to verify that it’s application is practicable and brings positive results. |
