Abstract	In the actual social background, even though many young people have reached the majority of age, they are still necessary and economically dependent from their majors. Facing this reality, the amount of demands claiming for goods to the parents by their sons has highly proliferated. So that, at the same time, it has generated abundant juridic controversies that the tribunals had to solve by their own. Jurisprudence has established a set of criteria and interpretative guidelines concerning the legal status of articles 142 and next CC., which can be identified and brought to bear. Thus, conflicting aspects such as the alteration of the economic circumstances of the goods, the situation of need of the goods or the form of compliance of the obligation have been treated by it.
