| Abstract | Urban Structure Types (UST) are minimum spatial unities a certain homogeneity in the cover type, use and access to eco services. In this study the UST concept is applied from the visual classification of aerial photographs and in situ analysis. The analysis showed the compatibility between morphological features, functional, socioeconomics and water consumption data, which allowed to consider that UST base can be used like an auxiliary instrument in the hydric urban management. The conclusion take that the UST classification of the different kinds of urban morphologic in the area of this study can be used to subsidize the posterior geostatistical analysis of institutional data. |
