| Abstract | Rt / Rw Net (Wiznet) at Karang Duwet was built with self-supporting to provide the necessity of local community with low-cost. However, there is difficulties with user bandwidth management resulting unbalanced bandwidth between clients which when used together. This research was made to solve these problems by implementing the Hierarchical Token Bucket (HTB) method and user manager in router wich is used on the Rt / Rw Net. This research studied the management of bandwidth usage in rt/rw net regarding different priority needs of costumer.
