Abstract	The monograph seeks to make an analysis of Restorative Justice. It is crystalline that the model of justice with which we are accustomed has not been able to meet satisfactorily the demands that are presented. It is important to analyze the current criminal system in order to understand it, and from this understanding seek solutions and alternatives to it. In this context, Restorative Justice presents itself as a model that launches a differentiated view of conflict, with principles, values and practices that increase the possibility of healing the damages caused by the conflict. In order to do so, we will analyze the Restorative Justice its arguments, as well as its application from the projects implemented in Brazil. Whit center of attention on Salvador, we will give an exposition about the core of the Special Criminal Court, its evolution in the Baiana city, the method and procedure used and the development of Restorative Justice. The crises experienced within the society are strengthened by the ruptures caused by the damage that the conflict brings to the social milieu, and the answer that is obtained is the increase of the criminalization, it is necessary to break with this cycle. The Restorative Justice presents itself as a way efficient to accomplish the task of resolving the conflicts, because it is in its essence a justice that turns to the social construction, providing in a humanized and solidary way, democratic and peaceful solutions.
