| Abstract | This project is the design and construction of a SVC (Static Compensator Power) training module, this static compensator consists of saturable coils that regulate the voltage across the magnetic property, without adding a control device (continuous control inherent ), allowing you to control the voltage at the connection point of the power system to compensate for the deficiency of reactive power and thus regulate the voltage or keep the voltage within a desired profile, that power is regulated by means of a capacitor bank placed in parallel with the aforementioned coil, performing a proportional control to the compensation of reactive power in electrical systems present.
