| Abstract | The small towns: local centers and regional periphery. Case study: Hârlău town. The paper synthesise the situation of the small towns at local level. Each town is seen like a center at local level and like a periphery at regional level. This notions, center and periphery are relatives, depending of the scale. The study concludes that the Hârlău town is not a catching town but nor repulsive. His central role is anemic and his peripherical role is relative. |
